Content:

This lecture presents advanced cryptographic protocols and interactive algorithms for different security and privacy applications. We will discuss security models behind the schemes and present several constructions.

The lecture topics include:

  • Design of provably secure protocols
  • Secure message transmission
  • Commitment and coin-flipping
  • Identification and authentication protocols (challenge-response, FS/GQ/Schnorr IDS, HVZK)
  • (Interacive) proof systems, zero-knowledge proofs
  • Secure key establishment (exchange/transport for two-parties and groups)
  • Secret handshakes, affiliation-hiding key exchange
  • Multisignatures, aggregate signatures
  • Group signatures, ring signaures (signer's anonymity)
  • Secret sharing, threshold cryptography (robustness, verifiability, DKG, signatures/encryption)

Good knowledge of lecture "Einführung in die Kryptographie" is required.
